Leawood Family Care

The physicians of Leawood Family Care were relocating and needed a family practice medical office with durable, attractive patient reception and waiting areas; 30 plus patient care rooms; X-ray facilities; medical records storage; administrative and physician offices; and staff work areas, all in less than 90 days.

Hoffman Cortes was selected as general contractor and counseled the physicians on site selection, space requirements and function, and developed financial spreadsheets to analyze cost implications. Hoffman Cortes coordinated with project design partner, The Hollis & Miller Group, to manage scheduling and preorder materials in order to stay ahead of the client’s needs and expectations. In the end, this team delivered the project a week ahead of schedule and under budget.
