Residences at West Paseo

The Residences at West Paseo were formerly known as the Robinson Hospital, a building left vacant for more than 30 years and believed to be haunted. The restoration work involved everything from brick repair and infills to highly specialized terra cotta reconstruction and repair. .

The restoration and reconstruction of this building was tough for all parties involved because the deterioration was so vast. As of this year, the former hospital is now known as the Residences at West Paseo. The residences include 46 apartments that were completely leased within 100 days of availability.
