Seasonal Concepts at 10430 Metcalf is undergoing a complete renovation of warehouse and showroom space as well as getting a new building façade in this project performed by the Hoffman Cortes General Contracting and New Masonry divisions. The Indian Creek Shopping Center tenant expanded into new space and will occupy 37,000 square feet of space.
