The Blossom House Complex
Built in 1882, The Blossom House complex remained vacant for nearly 15 years until philanthropist Shirley Helzberg decided to remodel the buildings in 2003. Hoffman Cortes was contracted to fully restore all five buildings that comprise the Blossom House Complex – Carriage House, Girls Club, Griffin and Brockett. To fully restore the Carriage House, Hoffman Cortes completely dismantled the building and put it back together.
