 Hoffman Cortes Contracting Company was the general contractor chosen to build for a Fortune 500 Company, Family Dollar Stores, their new 8,500 square foot retail store in Independence, Missouri. This national network of general retail stores required a mission critical construction schedule to take advantage of the upcoming holiday season. Hoffman Cortes’ long history of providing construction management teamwork and open communication resulted in fast tracking this pre-engineered building and finishing the project ahead of schedule. This project is the first new building in this area in over 25 years and brings much needed jobs and neighborhood retail to the City of Independence. |
