Built in 1917, this former furniture supply company was transformed in 2008 into eight stories of lofts with commercial office and retail space on the bottom two floors. This project is an example of a public/private partnership at work. Hoffman Cortes worked with the general contractor to secure historic tax credits to bring this building into the 21st century. We were commissioned to do the historic exterior restoration which included masonry restoration and window replacement.
