Oak Hall
Hoffman Cortes partnered with Curry Property Management again to work on a preventive maintenance plan for the condominiums located near the Nelson Atkins Museum. The plan also consisted of managing water intrusion and bringing the exterior façade up to water-tight conditions. Since we finished the project in 2005, we continue to service the maintenance needs of the owners and residents.
