Phoenix Jazz Club
This famous bar and grill located in the middle of Kansas City’s garment district is listed on the National Register of Historic places went through a complete historical reconstruction in 2007. Hoffman Cortes once again was hired by Rau Construction to dismantle the exterior façade on the south elevation piece by piece in order to completely understand the structural challenges. After the feasibility study was performed, Hoffman Cortes made repairs to the brick and reconstructed the wall brick by brick.
