St. Luke's Parking Garage
Finished in 2007, Hoffman Cortes was retained by J.E. Dunn Construction to perform the interior CMU as well as exterior brick veneer. Very high-end veneer was incorporated to create multiple patterns and bricks of different sizes. Not many owners request this type of design simply due to costs, but the patterns definitely make this four-story structure stand out from the rest.
