West Paseo
The Residences at West Paseo were formerly known as the Robinson Hospital, a building left vacant for more than 30 years and believed to be haunted. The restoration work involved everything from brick repair and infills to highly specialized terra cotta reconstruction and repair. The extreme deterioration of the property made it an exceptional challenge to complete the restoration and reconstruction of this building.
